Remembering Hurricane Katrina
Hurricane Katrina has been one of the most costly and destructive hurricanes in our nation's history. More than 1,000 people lost their lives to this deadly hurricane.
Many grassroots relief organizations were created in an effort to help evacuees of Hurricane Katrina. One of those organizations was Katrina's Angels.
Founded on September 02, 2005, Katrina's Angels, its volunteers and partners have come together to provide support and relief to the displaced residents of the Gulf Coast.
