Gulfport MS company seeking a permanent full-time bookkeeper/office manager immediately.

Job Requirements

Successful candidate must have the following:

A minimum of 5+ years experience as an office manager
Experience using QuickBooks
Payroll & Sales Tax reporting
A/R & A/P
Balance Sheet & Income Statement generation
Daily, bi-weekly reporting
Bank/Credit Card Reconciliations

Candidate must be extremely organized and able to multi-task answering phones, assisting walk-in's while working independently on the day-to-day administrative and accounting tasks.
