Assistant Community Manager - Burbank

Supervises all on-site personnel i the absence of the Community Manager.Approves and processes all applications, leases and other resident forms.Collects rent, makes deposits, coordinates with data processing and ensures that on-site data processing system is operated properly. Administers late and non-sufficient check charges. Pre-processes with rent collections striving for zero delinquencies each month. Assists with Community inspections. consistently attempts to collect "bad debt" prior to being written off.

Job Requirements

1 yr plus Property Management experience. Experience with Tax Credit properties. Ability to resolve resident issues in a timely and professional manner. Previous experience with overseeing staff and interaction with upper management. Excellent customer service and marketing skills. Industry experience a plus. Rent Roll experience also a plus.Must be able to work Saturdays. Assistant Community Manager is required to live on-site.
