Oversee all operations of the apartment community, supervise all leasing and maintenance activities, conduct annual Tax Credit recertifications, supervise staff including training,performance reviews, hiring, promoting and terminating. analize performance and trends to develop and implement monthly marketing plan, enforce safety policies, regulations and understanding OSHA compliance, provide excellent customer service while maintainingthe highest standards for resident service. Assist in preparation of budget and adherence to approved budget.

Job Requirements

On-site apartment management experience, 1-2 years Tax Credit experience desired, Budget preparation experience, Income and expense control expertise, excellent communication skills, performance oriented and goal motivated, knowledge of Property Management Software (i.e., Rent Roll) a plus.
