The Coalition for the Homeless of Central Florida, located in Orlando, is seeking a Development Manager who will be responsible for the research, identification, cultivation, solicitation and stewardship of major gift donors. The Coalition offers a collaborative and dynamic work environment for the qualified candidate who brings energy, organization, and commitment to the agency’s mission. Applicants are asked to demonstrate five years development experience, including proven success in major donor cultivation. Candidates must be able to work with and motivate a diverse group of volunteers and staff and be comfortable with public speaking in a variety of settings. A bachelor’s degree is required along with excellent communications skills and computer experience. CFRE desirable, but not required.
