Prepare menu, meals and purchasing for small cafe resort town in the mountains of Western NC. Oversee and manage small kitchen staff (3-5)Cafe seats 75. Currently open week-ends in the Feb & March - Then open Thurs-Sun for dinners and Sun. Brunch. Total open hours of business 22 max per week.

Purchasing (1-2 vendors), manage litchen staff and keep work area clean. Prepare meals during service, prep and purchasing. Portion control, labor cost control, etc.Hours and Compensation
