I have a small home on my property that needs fixing up. I am providing all materials to do the work. I would like someone to do the work in exchange for being able to stay in the home rent free after the work is done for an agreed upon time. After that time period I would consider allowing the worker to continue living in the house indefinitely in exchange for doing odd jobs around my home.
