Large AV rated law firm is currently recruiting for a Office Manager with 3+ years law firm experience.

Job Requirements
3+ years of law firm experience;2 years of staffing and recruitment experience preferred;
Knowledge of federal, state and employment law required;
Must be flexible to work some weekends;
College degree preferred;
Excellent oral and written communication skills;
Leadership skills and ability to manage others required;
Must be detailed oriented and a self starter;
Must be flexible to travel between Ft. Myers and Naples offices on a frequent basis;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Desksite and Legal MacPac needed;
Computer network knowledge a plus.
