Kitchen Manager/Chef

Kichen manager/chef will plan,direct,and coordinate all aspects of restaurant food preparation process. Other responsibilities include supervision of kithchen staff, ensure customer service,coordinate schedules, prepare budgets,order inventory,develop reports,oversee compliance with all state and local laws/ordinances, work with outside venders.

Have at least two years successful food service management experience, excellent food preparation skills, detail oriented, be professional, ethical, and organized. Also must be a team player who has a strong desire to contribute to Crossroads goal of success and dining excellence.
