Work with employers to install our Section 125/Cafeteria plan programs and supplemental benefits into their employee benefit packages. All of our benefits are voluntary on the part of employees and are offered at no cost to the employer. We have existing accounts you will be working with while also working to increase accounts in your areas. We also cater to individual clients as well. We are looking for motivated, goal-oriented candidates with strong, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills; with the ability to set priorities, to plan, and or organize their activities. Sales experience preferred but not required.

We are looking for key sales professionals to work in the North Chicago-land area, and would like to invite you in for a one-on-one interview with our District Sales Coordinator, Joanna Prisiajniouk.
The positions we are filling (Sales Associate) will report to the District Sales Coordinator. Associates are expected to call on local businesses (leads are provided), use established referral programs, develop Broker market, work with your own sphere of influence and assist their District Sales Coordinator to enroll established accounts. We then work with the employees to help each of them customize a plan that best fits their needs. Individual referrals are derived from accounts and in so many other ways to help whole communities even outside of a business setting.
