We have 2 extra rooms, one with a double bed and a love seat, and one with a pull out double bed, and a love seat. We are have the capacity to house either one large family, or two smaller families. Small pets would be ok. We have two cats and one bird, so the environment is not condusive to those with allergies. We also have two boys, ages 12 and 13. We also have 6 sleeping bags for children who do not mind sleeping on the floor, and we have 2 extra couches and an extra love seat available for bedding.
