Currently, we have an 8 plex located in Hahnville, La. Each Apartment has 2 bedrooms, cental air/heat, front porch, washer dryer hook-up, living room and is cable ready. Two independent seniors share an apartment. Both senior shares the electric and water bill. The apartment complex sits on a private road in a park-like setting and the senior center, churches, post office, hospital, grocery and drug store are in the local area.
