Room for rent in my home

I am a single mom of a 6 yr old boy. I am renting a 2 bedromm, 2 bath house that I can't sfford by myself. I live in a very quiet neighborhood and trusting neighborhood. I live close to UCF college as well as Riverdale Elementary school. My son and I share the master bedroom but I need to rent out the front bedroom of pretty good size. The rent will be $500.00 plus half of the utlities. Phone will be the responsibility of whomever rents out the room as I do not want my phone bill run up with calls. The room is available ASAP. I work at Universal Studios and I go to school. I tend to stay to myself and do not smoke or drink and I would expect the same of my housemate. I like my privacy and in return I respect others.
