I am a single mother w/two very young children under 5 yrs of age. We currently live in a clean 2 bdrm/2 full bath apt on Columbus' near southeast side between Bexley and Whitehall. The apt is located in a secure building w/nice, respectful neighbors. It is close to shopping and if you need it, it's right on the bus line. It is also adjacent to a playground, library & community center. Also there is a coin-op laundry room located in the apt building for your convenience. The apt has all utilities included except for phone and cable included in your cost of the rent. There is a deposit of $540 required to move in but monthly your rent will be no more than $270 per month and $25 for phone and cable. B/c I have very young children I must be very careful as to who I will allow to live w/us but I am willing to help anyone in need any way that I can.
