I have a house that someone could live in rent free if they are willing and able to do the needed repairs on the house. I would supply materials. The repairs and remodeling could be done by the individual OR if they are unable to do the work perhaps they could arrange to have it done by an organization or agency. I would consider allowing them to stay free in the house indefinitely in exchange for doing work around my home.
