Small rustic cabin in East TN forest

Small rustic cabin in the middle of a forest in rural East Tennessee. No access to public transportation. One-half mile on dirt road from mailboxes and school bus stop. Has A/C, hot water, phone, kitchen, appliances, small livingroom, loft bedroom, indoor bathroom, and space for a garden. Possibility of pets if you think they can stay alive in the forest environment. (Something has been killing local cats and dogs recently.) Nearest neighbor (who owns cabin, about 100 yds. away) can provide rides into town for supplies, etc., if you don't have a car. If you want medical care you should already have Medicare or other federal or private current medical insurance and pension since state and local services in TN are nearly nonexistent and can take months or even years to get on (if ever) and after the first few days you will need to be able to pay for your own food, electricity, phone, and supplies. Secluded rural location, while charming, is not for the uncareful: in addition to deer, raccoons, opossums, cottontails, pileated woodpeckers, hawks, owls, blue-tailed skinks, and turtles there are copperheads, scorpions, bobcats, mountain lion, coyotes, disease-bearing ticks, centipedes, wasps, large and/or poisonous spiders, and other forest hazards. Little chance of being able to get any kind of local job unless you are a housecleaner, handyperson, a medical professional, have your own business, or have a Q clearance. However, the area is wildly beautiful, sylvan, quiet, and peaceful--perfect for a self-amusing and introspective nonsmoking woman or women (with or without children) tired of the trials of the city. Please no illegal drugs, no drunkenness, no smoking, no woodsmoke, no insecticides, no loud parties or loud music: the property is "organic" and neighbor uses oxygen and has many allergies. Neighbors are college-educated former teachers. Possibility of staying longer than a few weeks if things work out. Rent for longer stay is negotiable. We will try to help however we can. There is a possibility of free training for a high tech career or free tutoring if you are interested.
