Hi, my name is Leah. My neighbor wanted me to list this for him. His name is Marvin Rogers. He has an extra bedroom and is willing to offer it rent free and I'm pretty sure it is utility free also. He has diabetes and passes out from time to time and would like someone to live with him so that if he passes out an ambulance can be called. He has a small very friendly dog that wouldnt hurt a flee...about 15 lbs. I dont know what the lease conditions would be. I'm sure if everything worked out it could be a permanent thing. I also dont know if he minds pets. He probably doesnt mind. I dont know what all furniture he has but if a bed or something is needed I'm sure it would be easy to find around here. There are alot of volunteer places around here. He has a phone but isnt home right now and I wanted to get this online as soon as possible. The apartment is about 1300 square foot. There is an underground pool. It's a pretty quiet neighborhood and beautiful. There is a laundary facility in the basement. There is a storage place in the basement.
