This property is .5 miles from J Emmit Wood State Lake , and walking distance from healing springs ,with its arteasin waters which are said to posess healing propertys,and was onch shipped to the north on a train for that purpose.This cabin is furnished has refer ,stoves,(electric and gas)a wood heater, bed , couch ,ect the rent is $250 a month. not charging a deposit for victims of katrina , The place needs some work , and am willing to lower the rent for handypersons(also included is large garden area) will rent month to month . $250 moves you in.
