Housing Opportunities
Disabled - Two Permanent Placement Openings
Posted by Todd on 2/21/2006
My wife and I own two residential 6-bed long term care facilities in beautiful Yorba Linda, California (North Orange County). We cater to people with developmental disabilities and medical needs (example: g-tubes, seizure disorders, diabetis, etc.). We specialize in "non-ambulatory" wheelchair-bound people. Our facilities are wheelchair accessible and transportation is provided by a luxury wheelchair van. We are 100 percent funded by California's Medi-Cal, so residents must become "Medi-Cal Eligible" prior to placement. There would be no out-of-pocket expenses to a qualified placement. Our first facility, Garden Park, was Orange County's "pilot" ICF/DD-N (Intermediate Care Facility for the Developmentally Disabled - Nursing) back in 1991. Please visit our website for pictures and more information. Thank you! Todd Brown, Owner Garden Park Homes, Yorba Linda, CA
